Verity Mod Download: Current Files

What to check before clicking download

• Edition: Java, Bedrock, and MCPE need different file types.
• Version: match the exact Minecraft version shown on the file page.
• Loader: do not mix Forge and NeoForge builds.
• Pack type: Bedrock needs behavior and resource packs active in the world.
• Source: avoid short links, EXE installers, password archives, and hidden final URLs.

Fast answer by file type

• .jar: Java only. Match Forge or NeoForge plus the exact Minecraft version.
• .mcaddon: Bedrock or MCPE. Import, then activate resource and behavior packs.
• modpack: usually installs through an app profile and may bundle dependencies.
• source ZIP: not a direct mod install unless you know how to build and review it.
• EXE or APK: avoid unless the publisher and signature are clearly verified; use the APK and app safety check for mobile claims.

VERITY.exe, Verity Pack, Falsity, and Ultimate VERITY are not the base Verity JE file

Checked July 30, 2026: VERITY.exe is a CurseForge modpack by SkyeTheFox, Project ID 1585389, with 131,185 displayed downloads at check. Its current main file is Forge Port 2.1.3, file record 8539885, named VERITY.exe.zip, for Minecraft 1.20.1. The page still exposes older NeoForge 1.3.3 file record 8385443, but the description says NeoForge has been discontinued. If the issue is Groq, API key, or voice chat, treat it as provider/profile setup before changing the modpack file.

Also checked July 30, 2026: VERITY.exe Remastered is a separate Modrinth MRPACK route by ScootBuckley, Project ID L5qUPsXS, with version 4N4vQrK7 and file VERITY.exe Remastered 1.0.0.mrpack. Use it only when a player specifically wants that Remastered profile; do not treat it as the CurseForge VERITY.exe Project ID 1585389 route, Verity JE, or a Bedrock add-on.

Checked July 30, 2026: the CurseForge Verity Pack result by Firyx, Project ID 1583377, appears as a Forge 1.20.1 modpack with about 84.9K displayed downloads and a main file named Verity™.zip. Its visible source text says the pack does not contain the Verity mod and that the player needs to add it separately. Use that warning literally: this is a profile context, not the final standalone Verity Mod Java file.

A different CurseForge VerityPack page is a separate modpack by Sarelsana, Project ID 1587394, with about 121.5K displayed downloads at the July 30 check. VerityPack Realistic by felixdevytofficial, Project ID 1596649, is another separate profile. Similar names do not prove the same route, so the new Verity Pack checker separates those pack results from Verity JE, VERITY.exe, and Bedrock add-ons.

Checked July 30, 2026: FALSITY [SMILEY] is a separate CurseForge Minecraft Mods project by PKFL, Project ID 1575216. Its current main file is FALSITY-SMILEYARCHIVE-9.0.jar, file ID 8528006, for Minecraft 1.20.1 Forge. Modrinth also exposes project r8Qz0Ic2, version tNOLeN6v, and publisher hashes for that same file route. A separate Falsity Mod Bedrock result by MCMOBZ uses Project ID 1594973 and Falsity_2_0_0_Addon_updated.mcaddon, file ID 8449365. Related SERP results can also show Survive from VERITY or FALSITY, a separate modpack by kanthbuymi, Project ID 1583260, with main file ID 8399483. Use the dedicated route check when that exact title appears; use the Falsity route check for standalone FALSITY [SMILEY] intent. Do not treat either result as the stable Verity JE file.

Checked July 30, 2026: Ultimate VERITY is another separate route cluster, not the base Verity JE file. The CurseForge Ultimate VERITY modpack uses Project ID 1584643 and main file record 8467605 named Ultimate VERITY.-1.20.zip for Forge 1.20.1, with 28,242 project downloads and about 3.3K file downloads at check. Ultimate Verity Horror is a different modpack under Project ID 1616028, and Ultimate Verity Skinpack is a Bedrock skin-pack route under Project ID 1599807. The old /minecraft/mc-mods/verity-mod bug-report URL preserved in one description currently returns 404, so use the dedicated route check instead of treating a mirror as safer.

Checked July 30, 2026: current Modrinth results also include Verity Dweller, Horrorland with Verity, and a generic Verity Paper plugin. Those results can help a player who intentionally wants that Fabric mob route, modpack profile, or server plugin, but they are not the base Verity Mod download. If the goal is the AI companion route, use Verity JE for Java or the Bedrock add-on routes instead.

What a good download result must show

The user who searches for Verity Mod download wants the file, but the search result also has to protect them from the wrong file. A useful download page should show the project name, publisher, Minecraft edition, game version, loader, file type, update date, and where the final click goes. A button that says "download now" but hides the destination is weaker than a status card that tells the player exactly what they are about to open.

This is why the route page separates Verity JE, Verity BE, PnTMC's Bedrock edition, VERITY.exe, and VerityPack. They answer overlapping searches, but they are not interchangeable. A Java player cannot install a Bedrock .mcaddon. A Bedrock player cannot use a Java jar. A modpack may contain the right idea but still require the CurseForge app and a separate profile.

When not to download

Do not download when the page changes the file type at the last step, asks for notification permission, requests a Microsoft login, sells an unrelated launcher, or provides only a drive file with no version history. Verity is a trending name, so unrelated projects and reposts can rank for the same query. Treat the name as the start of verification, not the end.

When in doubt, use a clean Minecraft profile and a backed-up test world. Start with the exact current project route, confirm that the file matches your edition, then add AI, voice, resource packs, behavior packs, and other mods one at a time. That process takes longer than a blind download, but it prevents a simple version mismatch from becoming a full reinstall.
